Measure What Matters. Inspire Greater Impact.

Diaspora Care is seeking passionate professionals to join our Impact Committee—a team dedicated to ensuring that every program, partnership, and contribution creates meaningful and measurable change.

The Impact Committee helps define how success is measured across the organization. By developing impact frameworks, evaluating program outcomes, and promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement, the committee ensures that Diaspora Care remains accountable to the communities it serves and the supporters who make its mission possible.

Beyond measuring numbers, the committee helps capture the stories, experiences, and long-term outcomes that demonstrate how compassion, volunteerism, and collective action improve lives across the global Indonesian community.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for programs, campaigns, and organizational initiatives.
  • Review program outcomes and recommend improvements based on evidence, community feedback, and lessons learned.
  • Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative impact data.
  • Collaborate with the Program Committee to strengthen program effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Prepare impact reports, dashboards, and annual social impact publications for donors, partners, volunteers, and stakeholders.
  • Promote transparency by ensuring that organizational achievements and challenges are communicated honestly and responsibly.
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement through evidence-based decision making.

Why Join?

Real impact goes beyond counting activities—it is measured by the lives transformed, communities strengthened, and opportunities created. As a member of the Impact Committee, you will help ensure that Diaspora Care continually learns, improves, and delivers meaningful outcomes for Indonesians around the world and communities across Indonesia.

Your expertise will help demonstrate the value of every donation, every volunteer hour, and every partnership by translating outcomes into evidence that inspires trust, accountability, and continued support. Together, we will build an organization that not only does good but also proves its impact with transparency, integrity, and measurable results.

By helping measure what matters most, you will contribute to a global movement where compassion is guided by evidence, generosity creates lasting change, and every act of gotong royong leaves a meaningful legacy for future generations.
