Turn Great Ideas into Meaningful Action

Diaspora Care is seeking organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded volunteers to join our Program Administration Team—the operational backbone that supports the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of our programs and initiatives around the world.

The Program Administration Team ensures that behind every successful event, campaign, and community initiative is a well-coordinated system that enables volunteers, partners, and leadership teams to work together efficiently. By managing day-to-day administrative processes, documentation, communications, and coordination, the team helps transform strategic plans into real-world impact.

If you enjoy organizing people, streamlining processes, and helping teams succeed, this is an opportunity to make a significant contribution behind the scenes while supporting a global movement of compassion and service.

  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and organizational documentation.
  • Collaborate with Country Ambassadors, Program Committee, Communications Team, and other volunteer groups to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, workflow efficiency, and volunteer collaboration.

Why Join?

Every successful program depends on strong coordination behind the scenes. As a member of the Program Administration Team, you will help ensure that Diaspora Care operates efficiently, volunteers stay connected, and programs are delivered with excellence.
